The McNeill Street Pumping Station, located near downtown Shreveport on the banks of Cross Bayou, is Shreveport's original waterworks. This festival was a curated exhibition of site-specific sound art, under the theme "Architectural Explorations in Sound", open to artists and musicians for whom the relationship of sound and space are central to their practice.

While was unable to attend the festival in person, I was invited to send a thematically related piece for the listening room. I provided a montage of audio from the Sound Spandrel performance I'd done at the Science Museum of Minnesota a few months prior.
